We survey the premises with you, agree what each camera, sensor or reader must cover, and send an itemised quotation. Cabling is routed neatly and protected where exposed, and every device is tested before handover.

Common questions
Do you work on commercial premises?
Yes. We plan each system around how the business runs: entrances, stock, staff and out-of-hours cover. We have worked for care settings, salons, gated sites and car parks, and we fit systems for homes too.
How much does a system cost?
It depends on the site, the number of cameras or devices and how they are fitted, so every job is surveyed and priced individually. As an example, a 15-camera CCTV system for a care organisation in Newcastle was quoted at £4,520 in October 2026. Your quotation is free, itemised and in writing.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Elite is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Can I watch my CCTV on my phone?
Yes. Our CCTV systems come with an app, so you can view your cameras wherever you are.
What happens if my system stops working?
Ring us. We offer a 24-hour call-out service, including Sundays and bank holidays, and maintenance to keep your system in good order.
