What is included

How a CCTV job runs
First we visit, look at the property with you and agree what each camera needs to cover. You get a free quote that says what we will fit and where.
On the day, we fit the cameras and the recorder, run the cabling neatly and test every view. We set up the app on your phone and show you how to watch live, play back recordings and save a clip.
For businesses and car parks
For shops, yards, offices and car parks we plan cameras around entrances, tills, stock and parking, with the recorder somewhere secure. Larger sites can be viewed from one app, camera by camera.
For homes
In most homes the cameras cover the front door, the drive and any side or back access. We position them so they cover what matters to you and, wherever we can, only your own property.
Picture quality you can use
A camera is only useful if it shows what you need. We choose the lens and position for each view, so a camera on the drive can show a number plate and a camera at the door can show a face, and we check every view on the screen before we finish.

Elite is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Every system is surveyed and priced to its site, so yours may cost more or less.

CCTV: common questions
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we fit comes with an app, so you can watch live and play back recordings wherever you are.
How long is footage kept?
It depends on the recorder's storage and the number of cameras. We size it with you at the quote, and the recorder overwrites the oldest footage automatically.
Do I need permission to put up CCTV at home?
If your cameras see beyond your own property, data protection law applies to you. Our guide on home CCTV and the law explains what to do.
Do you fit wireless cameras?
We recommend wired cameras for most properties because they do not rely on batteries or Wi-Fi. Ask us if wireless would suit a particular spot.
