This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, no embedded maps or videos and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else, so there is no cookie banner to answer. Our web host, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), may keep ordinary technical server logs (such as the address your request came from) to keep the site running and secure.

What we collect and why

If you use the enquiry form we receive your name, your message and the phone number or email address you choose to give. We use them to reply and, if you ask, to quote for and carry out work. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. You do not have to give us anything you do not want to; you can ring instead.

Who receives it

Your enquiry reaches us by email, so it passes through our email provider, Gmail. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. If you become a customer we keep the records the law requires us to keep for accounts and tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
